Order online

No, we don’t. To keep OKayks cakes affordable, we work with a limited range of cakes that we can bake to scale. This way we can provide more people with the tastiest and most responsible cakes!

Yes you can! Add a card We cannot personalize the cake itself, because the cakes are no longer touched after they have been baked due to the risk of cross-contamination.

Yes, no problem. When you add a personal card to your order, you can fill in whatever name or leave it blank. Didn’t add a card to your order? Then contact our customer serviceafter ordering. Then we’ll make sure it’s taken care of and you can send the cake anonymously. (contact@okayks.nl)

Canceling or changing your order is possible until 09:00 on the day of shipment. To do so, please contact us as soon as possible via email or the contact form. Please remember to include your order number.

When you order your order on weekdays before 11:59 pm, it will be delivered the very next day! You can also choose a later delivery date. Same day delivery is unfortunately not possible.

You can pay in various ways in our webshop. At checkout, you can use:

In step 3 of the ordering process you will find the “add voucher” button. Here you can enter the code. The price will be deducted directly in your shopping card.

Delivery

The costs for delivery are €6.95 per address throughout the Netherlands.

No, we don’t (yet). At the moment we only ship within the Netherlands.

We deliver Monday through Friday between 5:00 pm and 10:30 pm. What you order today will be delivered the next day in the evening. This way you can enjoy your cake nice and quickly!

In this case, our delivery service will try to deliver the cake to your neighbors. The receiver can then pick up the cake there. If the neighbors are not present, the cake will be taken back and you will receive a “not at home” message.

Unfortunately, that is not possible. To keep the cakes fresh, they are not presented to the delivery service until the day of shipment. That will deliver your order the same evening.

We deliver from Monday to Saturday. We do not deliver on Sundays and holidays.

We currently do not deliver to the Wadden area.

When your order is received, you will receive a confirmation email from us. On the delivery day you receive atrack-and-trace code by email with an expected time of delivery. This time is accurate to half an hour and can be tracked live.

If you put your order in before 23.59 your cake can be delivered the next business day. You can also order your cakes in advance by adding the delivery date in the check-out. How do I choose a delivery date? When ordering, you can easily set the desired date in the calendar.

The cake is packed freezer-fresh on the day of shipment in a special, insulating package. Because we also add a cool pack, the cake stays cool even if it stays at the neighbors for another day.

Products

Yes you can! Onze taarten bevatten geen gelatine en zijn halal. We also use halal vegetable-based dye.

For the vegan cakes, we work with plant-based ingredients. The cakes contain no animal products, such as butter, milk or eggs. We also use vegetable-based dye. The gluten-free cakes and sugar-free cakes are non-vegan.

The cakes are the tastiest when fresh. Want to keep them for longer? Then they will keep for up to 2 days in the refrigerator.

The gluten-free cakes are not vegan or sugar-free. However, we do have a lactose-free and gluten-free variant in the range.

OKayks does not bake the cakes itself, but collaborates with specialist bakeries to do so. The gluten-free cakes are made in a completely gluten-free bakery where cross-contamination is excluded. The vegan cakes are baked in a bakery that has been making vegan cakes for years.

All vegan cakes are by definition lactose free, as no (cow) milk is used for these. In our range you can also find a gluten-free cake that is lactose-free. Please note that this cake is not suitable for people with a cow’s milk allergy, as lactose-free milk is used for this product.

Coronavirus

We follow the guidelines of the RIVM. She indicated that the chance of the coronavirus spreading through packages is very small. In general, the RIVM recommends washing your hands regularly, including after receiving a package.
