No, we don’t. To keep OKayks cakes affordable, we work with a limited range of cakes that we can bake to scale. This way we can provide more people with the tastiest and most responsible cakes!

Yes you can! Add a card to your order with a personal message. We cannot personalize the cake itself, because the cakes are no longer touched after they have been baked due to the risk of cross-contamination.

Yes, no problem. When you add a personal card to your order, you can fill in whatever name or leave it blank. If you have not added a card to your order, please contact our customer service after ordering, and we will take care of the rest. (contact@okayks.nl)

Cancelling or changing your order is possible until 9:00 on the day of shipment. Please contact us as soon as possible via email or the contact form. Don’t forget to mention your order number.

Yes you can! When placing your order, you will not be given the option to receive an invoice automatically. Please contact us via e-mail or the contact form, and we are happy to provide you with one.

We offer various payment methods. At checkout you can use:

In step 3 of the ordering process you will find the button “add voucher”. Here you can enter the code. The price is immediately deducted in your shopping cart.

Delivery

The costs for delivery are €6.95 per address throughout the Netherlands.

No, we don’t (yet). At the moment we only ship in the Netherlands.

We deliver on Monday to Friday between 17.00 and 22.00. What you order today will be delivered the next day in the evening. This way you can enjoy your cake nice and quickly!

In that case, our delivery service will try to deliver the cake to the neighbours. The recipient can pick up the cake there. If the neighbours are not present, the cake will be taken back, and you will receive a ‘not at home’ message.

Unfortunately this is not (yet) possible. To keep the cakes fresh, they are not offered to the delivery service until the day of shipment. They deliver the order the same evening.

When your order has been received, you will receive a confirmation by email. On the delivery day you receive a track-and-trace code by email with an expected time of delivery. You can track your delivery with real-time updates by clicking on the link provided in the email.

No, we cannot take a specific time frame into account. However, the track and trace code offers real time and a detailed delivery time. This means that the delivery time updates in real time with the driver’s route. If you are not at home at that time, the package will be delivered to your neighbours.

If your package is damaged, please contact our customer service. This can be done via email or the contact form. You may be asked for pictures of the cake and / or package. We will always want to provide a solution!

The cake is packed in a special shock-proof insulating packaging on the day of shipment. Because we also add a cool pack, the cake stays cool, even if it stays with the neighbours for another day.

Products

Yes they are! Our cakes do not contain (animal)gelatin and are halal. We also use plant-based halal food colouring.

Our vegan cakes are plant-based. The cakes do not contain any animal products, such as butter, milk or eggs. We also use plant-based food colouring. The gluten-free cakes and sugar-free cakes are not vegan.

The cakes are best enjoyed while they are fresh. But can be kept in the refrigerator for 2-3 days.

The gluten-free cakes are not vegan or sugar-free. We do have a lactose free and gluten-free cake in our range.

OKayks does not bake the cakes, but works with specialist bakeries. The gluten-free cakes are made in a completely gluten-free bakery where cross-contamination is excluded. The vegan cakes are baked in a bakery that has been making vegan cakes for years.

All vegan cakes are by definition lactose free, because no (cow) milk is used for this. In our range you will also find a gluten-free cake that is lactose free. Please note: this cake is not suitable for people with a cow’s milk allergy, because this product uses lactose-free milk.

Coronavirus

We follow the guidelines of the RIVM. They have indicated that the chance that the coronavirus will spread via packages is very small. In general, RIVM advises to wash your hands regularly, including after receiving a package.
